Passkeys are a modern, more secure alternative to passwords. Instead of typing a password, your device uses biometric authentication (like your fingerprint, face recognition, or screen lock) to verify your identity. When you sign in to Melødia, you'll be prompted to use your device's authentication method. Passkeys are stored securely on your devices and sync across your Apple or Google account, making logging in both easier and more secure.
You can manage your subscription by going to your Account Settings and selecting "Subscription." From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to manage your subscription through those platforms. Remember that cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our algorithm considers factors like genres you enjoy, artists you frequently listen to, songs you've liked, and even the time of day you typically listen to certain types of music. The more you use Melødia, the better our recommendations become, as our AI learns your unique taste profile. You can also train the AI by rating songs and creating custom mood-based stations.
Yes, with a Premium subscription, you can download songs, albums, and playlists for offline listening. To do this, look for the download icon next to content you want to save. Downloaded music will be available in your "Downloads" section, and you can listen to it without an internet connection. Remember that you need to go online at least once every 30 days to verify your subscription, and downloaded content is only available within the Melødia app.
To create an AI-generated playlist, go to the "Library" tab and tap "Create New." Select "AI Playlist" and then choose a mood, activity, or describe the kind of music you want. You can also specify artists or genres to include or exclude. Melødia's AI will then generate a customized playlist based on your inputs and your listening history. You can save this playlist to your library and continue to refine it by liking or skipping songs.
